Liini Agency helped Helena Aesthetics to create a new, serene and harmonious brand that emphasises the sensitivity and reliability of aesthetic surgery. The launch of the website was accompanied by a multi-channel launch campaign to strengthen brand awareness.
Own brand for aesthetic surgery services
Helena Aesthetics is Clinic Helena's plastic surgery unit, specialising in breast, facial and body contouring. Liini helped Helena Aesthetics with the design of the new brand, the creation of the website and the implementation of the launch campaign.
Helena Aesthetics was born when Clinic Helena identified the need to differentiate its aesthetic surgery services under its own brand, separate from its cancer-focused services. The key to designing the new brand was to appeal to key target groups and reflect a serene and trustworthy brand image.
The brand was created using target group thinking and benchmarks from foreign aesthetic surgery providers. Liini proposed three alternative directions for the logo, colour scheme and visual identity of the new brand, one of which was selected for further development.

Harmony, serenity and sensitivity
The desired direction was quickly found. The final brand is a confidence-inspiring one that exudes aesthetic surgery sensitivity.
"We decided to leave out the before and after photos so the serene feel of the site wouldn't be disrupted," says Puonti.
The logo and imagery were inspired by Greek statues, creating a harmonious atmosphere and adding a sculptural touch to the brand's look. The tone of voice, again focused on expressing an appreciation of the customer and emphasising the individual beauty of each person.

Bringing the brand to life: website and launch campaign
In addition to the branding work, Liini designed and implemented a website for Helena Aesthetics. The website was designed with the target groups' needs in mind and the most important features, such as appointment booking and the range of services, are easy to find.
In conjunction with the launch of the website, a launch campaign was also carried out to promote the new brand through digital marketing. After the launch campaign, the collaboration continues with further marketing development. It takes time to build awareness and discoverability in a new brand launch, and this has also been recognised by Helena Aesthetics.
