Wulff Works
A comprehensive digital service through service design
Wulff Works aimed to create a modern digital staff leasing service that appeals to both employers looking for employees and people seeking jobs. The idea is to connect employees and employers as easily and smoothly as possible: ideally, the applicant finds their dream job and is employed quickly.
The solution to the challenge was formed using the Liini Loop co-creation method: in joint workshops between Wulff and Liini, strategy, branding, and service design were addressed, and the actual solution was built using agile software development on the HubSpot platform.
Easy, functional, and integrated website as a result
Wulff Works first launched a website that included only the essential features, with plans for systematic further development. This approach enables a quick release, and ongoing development is based on learning from the results, making it easier to stay within budget.
The website was launched on a tight schedule at the beginning of 2024. The design focused on the discoverability of the right features and user-friendliness. The full-scale online service aligns with the brand identity and is integrated with recruitment systems to streamline processes.
As a new player on the market, building credibility and differentiating from competitors was also crucial.
Sami Asikainen
Smooth collaboration and measurable results
Liini helped create Wulff Works’ brand and online service, from the logo and color scheme to technical implementation. According to Asikainen, staying on schedule was made possible by good collaboration: Liini led the project and quickly proposed solutions that aligned with their vision.
The results speak for themselves: feedback has been positive, and there have been many applications, even though marketing efforts have only just begun.
Growth continues to be built using the Liini Loop method, focusing on the ongoing development and optimization of the online service.
"Liini responded to our needs and tight schedule exceptionally well. We were able to launch a visually appealing and functional online service very quickly", says CEO Sami Asikainen.
