Liini Agency helped new small manufacturer KaJo Jäätelö with the design and implementation of the company's digital marketing, multi-channel storytelling and website. From the beginning, the cooperation has been characterised by strong mutual trust and flexibility of service.

Storytelling throughout the customer journey

KaJo Jäätelö needed help to create a brand that would stand out from other small ice cream producers and bring the company's unique story of milk and berries produced on small farms a few kilometers apart to the attention of consumers.

The company built a clear and effective website and designed a marketing campaign to raise awareness of the new ice cream brand. The design took into account the customer's entire digital path, with short soma purchases, for example, leading them to the website's content to learn more about the topic.

With a single partner, the customer's path and storytelling at each stage of the journey remained seamless, regardless of the channel.

Reliability and flexibility are the keys to success

KaJo Jäätelö was not very familiar with digital marketing, which made the reliability of the partner particularly important. 

- For example, we were completely new to social media marketing. We played with complete trust, a dishonest partner could have easily fooled us," says Joni Pitkänen of KaJo Jäätelö.

During the project, we also encountered challenges due to misunderstandings, but afterwards we were able to talk things through. Reliability was enhanced as even difficult situations were settled in a flexible manner and the cooperation continued in good spirit.

Flexibility of cooperation was also highlighted by the seasonal nature of the ice cream market. During the quiet winter months, Sitely only supported KaJo Ice Cream's marketing, while during the busy summer months, Liini practically handled all of the company's marketing for them.

The collaboration will continue to work on building brand awareness and sales support.

How did the project go?

"I'm really happy with what we've achieved. There's still a lot of work to do together, but we both know that this is a marathon and not a quick trip. Reliability and the flexibility and adaptability of the service have been really important to us. We have received a huge amount of good and varied service from Liini."
