A technical overhaul of the website, improving usability and updating content helped Novetos, a provider of coaching and consulting services, to increase the search engine visibility and user experience of their website.

Sitely re-designed and implemented the technical update of the HubSpot website and helped Novetos to improve the overall customer experience and lead generation process.

Visibility a key factor in choosing a partner

Novetos was looking for a partner to help it redesign its website. The company had identified search engine discoverability as one of its challenges, so it set out to identify expert partners from those whose own sites were coming up at the top of the search results for the right keywords.

If a partner's own website is easy to find, they certainly know their stuff," says Taina Martikainen, marketing communications specialist at Novetos.

 The process and communication was smooth right from the start.

Sitely's sales process was very customer-oriented in general. They had the clearest grasp of the process, and it gave us clear added value.

Heavy focus on customer journeys

The actual project started with the definition of objectives. The main thing to fix was to update the site to make it more technically findable. At the same time, the existing content was lifted to support the customer's path to the site from the front page, and the word choices in the content were updated to take into account the keywords and search terms that are important to Novetos.

Sitely proposed the site structure and how to lead the customer from the homepage through topical highlights to the content, info pages and contact.

All the essential information was made easily accessible to the website visitors," says Martikainen.

A common vision led to a smooth project

The fact that Sitely and Novetos had very similar views made the cooperation much easier. 

 I have several website redesigns behind me, and this project was one of the easiest from the client's point of view. It was easier because we agreed on so many things: our objectives for the redesign were exactly the same as those that Sitely suggested to us.

 We will continue to work together on SEO and conversion optimiszation after the redesign project. Small changes to the visuals have also been made based on learnings and visitor behaviour.

How did the project go?

"Everything went really smoothly from start to finish: what was promised was delivered. The main goal was clearly maintained throughout the project and  cooperation with Sitely was smooth in all respects, and our views coincided really well. The work was done in a good mood and there was always a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the meetings."
